1. What the information is

The site shows oil, fluid and spare-part specifications for your car, gathered from manufacturer manuals and other sources, each shown with its source.

We do our best to match your car with the right specifications, but the information is for guidance only: it may contain errors, may have been changed by the manufacturer, or may differ by model year, assembly country or the car's condition.

2. Your responsibility before buying or using

You must check the sources shown yourself and confirm all the data (engine, transmission, viscosity, standards, quantity) before any purchase or use.

You must check with a qualified technician or service centre before any change or maintenance on your car.

Choosing the product and how it is used or fitted is your responsibility and that of the technician working on the car.

3. Limitation of liability

MrBstm is not liable for any damage, fault or loss to the car or otherwise resulting from relying on the information shown without checking it, from wrong use or fitting, or from maintenance done without a technician.

In any case our liability is limited to the price of the product you bought from us, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.

4. Orders and payment

Orders placed on the site are registered on the mrbstm.com store; payment is cash on delivery. Prices and delivery cost are those on mrbstm.com at the time of the order.

You can edit or cancel your order from your account while it is not prepared and not paid. After that, please WhatsApp us.

The order and the delivery time are confirmed with you by WhatsApp or phone.

5. Your account and data

We keep your mobile number, name, car, delivery address and orders to serve you and deliver your orders. We do not sell your data.
